Refunds and Returns
I received the wrong item
I'll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to me. You will be provided with a return-addressed courier satchel (or similar) and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving your item.
The item I ordered was damaged in transit
If your item was damaged between leaving Belmont Engraving and arriving at your delivery address you will receive a full refund or replacement. The courier will collect the damaged parcel from your address, along with the original packaging, and once the damage has been verified your return will be processed.
The item I ordered had the wrong engraving
Please arrange with Blemont Engraving to return the item for confirmation. If we confirm that the item has the wrong engraving by comparing it to your signed off proof, I will replace it with the corrected product. A refund may also be offered in some circumstances.
The item I ordered did not arrive
If your item did not arrive the first thing to do is call me and arrange a track-and-trace. Also check around your doors and letter box for a calling card in case the courier came and you weren't home.
I want to cancel my order
If your item has not yet been engraved or specially manufactured, you may attempt to cancel your order and get a full refund. Please contact me to start this process.
